Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required to reserve your rental. This deposit helps protect against damage or loss and is fully returned after items are picked up in good condition and on time.
Rental Duration
Rentals are available for up to 7 days, allowing you plenty of time to set up, enjoy your event, and arrange for a smooth return or pickup.
Liability Coverage
We carry general liability coverage to help ensure peace of mind at your event. While our products are sturdy and designed for ease of use, we encourage safe placement and supervision, especially in outdoor settings or when children are present.
Weather Policy
Planning an outdoor celebration? We get it—weather can be unpredictable. If you're concerned about rain or extreme conditions, we’re happy to work with you on rescheduling or adapting your rental to an indoor-friendly option, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a partial or non-refundable deposit depending on timing and prep already completed.
