DO YOU OFFER FULL-EVENT STYLING OR JUST INDIVIDUAL DECOR PIECES?
Both. You can book standalone items (e.g., a floral arrangement or backdrop) or request full‑service styling where we design a cohesive visual concept for your entire event.

We work across weddings, corporate events, brand activations, private celebrations, baby showers, milestone birthdays, and real‑estate staging.
DESIGN & CUSTOMIZATION
CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE COLOURS, FLORALS, OR SIGNAGE?
Absolutely. All florals, balloon palettes, and signage layouts can be customized to match your event’s aesthetic. We also offer custom vinyl lettering, acrylic signage, and branded installations.
DO YOU OFFER MOCK-UPS OR DESIGN PREVIEWS?
Yes. For custom pieces, we can provide digital mockups so you can visualize the final look before production begins
CAN YOU RECREATE AN INSPIRATION PHOTO?
We can match the style and mood of your inspiration while ensuring the final design is original, structurally sound, and tailored to your venue.
DELIVERY, SETUP & PICKUP
DO YOU DELIVER AND INSTALL?
Yes. For an additional fee (which is optional), our team handles delivery, full installation, and teardown. This ensures every piece is delivered and styled safely and professionally.
WHICH AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
We service Toronto and the GTA, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Scarborough, and surrounding regions. Events outside the GTA may include additional travel fees.
CAN I PICK UP SMALLER ITEMS?
Select items (e.g., small arrangements or signage) may be eligible for pickup. Larger installations require professional setup.
PRICING & PAYMENT
HOW IS PRICING DETERMINED?
Pricing is based on:
- Design complexity
- Materials (florals, balloons, acrylic, vinyl, etc.)
- Labour and installation time
- Delivery distance
- Customization requirements
We provide a detailed quote after reviewing your event needs.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major credit cards and e-transfers.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may be subject to additional fees depending on materials already purchased or produced.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER BOOKING?
Yes. Minor adjustments can be made up to 10 days before the event. Larger changes may affect pricing or availability.
